Please read these T&C carefully before you order tickets from us.

By purchasing tickets you are entering into an agreement with Immersiveland, the entertainment provider, on these T&C.

Tickets

In buying tickets from us you understand and agree that:

• Tickets purchased are only valid on the date and entry time slot printed on the Ticket.
• Tickets are nonrefundable and may not be exchanged. No refund or exchange will be issued because of or based on a failure to read these T&C.

General

Lights and atmospheric effects will be used in Immersiveland may not be suitable for visitors with a history of vertigo, epilepsy, seizures, heart disorders, and high blood pressure. You should consider this in a responsible manner and with good judgment if you have a health or medical condition or other physical limitations.

Immersiveland is stroller and wheelchair friendly place.

Responsibilities of Patrons

By entering Immersiveland, visitors accept that they have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure their own safety, taking into account any personal medical conditions. All persons in Immersiveland should behave in a safe manner at all times. Unnecessary noise or any behavior likely to cause annoyance to other visitors or confusion of any kind is not permitted.

You may be refused entry or evicted if we reasonably believe that you are adversely affected by drugs or alcohol or behave inappropriately or breach any of these T&C.

Disclaimer

All items, belongings, and other property brought into Immersiveland by visitors are at their own risk and we accept no liability for any loss or theft of or damage to such property.

Photo & Video

Visitors are permitted to take photos and videos within Immersiveland, however camera-flash is not allowed. Photos or videos taken by you must be for your own personal use and enjoyment and not for any commercial purpose.

We may use any photos or videos that we take of you for our commercial purposes free of charge and in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising, or publicity material in any format whatsoever. Visitors further agree that copyright in these materials rests with Immersiveland.

Acceptance of risk

The safety measures that are being and have been taken are intended to minimize the risk of contracting the Covid-19 virus but this risk cannot be completely eradicated. Therefore, anyone visiting Immersiveland acknowledge that they do so at their own risk. Children under age 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
